    Hi,

    When I got on training: I had a high 2:1 in BSc Psychology with Clinical Psychology (including a certificate of competence in psychometrics) My experience was: Two years of being an AP doing research (on whether staff training improved quality of life for people living in old folks homes) which led to five publications and two conference presentations 6 months of being an AP doing clinical work (mainly psychometrics in a university/social services run family centre) MSc Psychology, by research (I developed and validated a measure to explore staff responses to challenging behaviour)

    Please help.
